The service was amazing and hairstylists quite knowledgeable about natural hair... Only thing is the parking isn't as safe as one would expect and their products & service are quite heavy on the pocket. Hence I resort to almost twice a year for good hair treating

First time going to Ruutos hair salon and my experience was so BAD! I was late for my meeting and tired from sitting for almost 2hrs. I had asked the hairstylist to kindly ask another stylist to assist her and the other stylist by the name of Vee blatantly said no in-front of me. The stylist then later asked her again for assistance and she still refused. That was the most horrific and unprofessional behaviour I have ever come across!!!

I visited ruutos with intentions to wash and treat my hair, the front desk guy was very rude and had a very bad attitude. He made me feel like he was doing me a favor by allowing me to enter the salon. I understand he is the face of the business but ke asikholapho. I left without doing my hair coz I couldn't stand the bad attitude/customer service I was receiving

Great service. The hairdresser kept checking in on me ensuring that the water temperature and the pressure is good Very gentle hands too ! Loved it

The first time I went there with an appointment, got there at 8:30 and left the saloon at 11:00. Today I arrive at 11 and left 1pm, that time the hair has only been washed and treated. I leave the saloon hair is still not done. I waisted 2 hours.

The customer service here is amazing. Stylists are friendly, well informed and know what they are doing. My natural hair feels softer, breaks far less than before and looks healthy too. Keep it up Ruutos.
