Please dont go to this agent for any services required for Hajj or Umrah. She has taken my payments for Umrah since 2018 an never refunded a cent back to me to date. I asure you that Nuri Travels is not the right people to deal with for Hajj or Umrah. SheNuri makes false promises. Yet she takes people for Hajj and confirms she also performed Hajj so many times. You will never be at Peace if you intentionally hurt people an use their hard earned money for your personal luxuries. Return peoples monies if they haven't used your services!!! NURI You are a disgrace to the muslim society.
Please stay away from these people. Especially of you are going for hajj now. We recently went for Umrah. After 3 days in Madina, Nuri calls us 2 hours before leaving to Makkah, saying we don't have a hotel there because we didn't pay...which we did pay fully, to her associate. She then asked for a ridiculous amount to be paid then and there. After 5 minutes we recieved the hotel voucher for makkah from nuri. When we got to the hotel in Makkah they said everything was paid for a long time ago and that our room was ready for us.Meaning that she lied to get money from us. If she was honest in her dealings she would have contacted us before even leaving SA to say something was not right. We were travelling with a baby and she knew we would have had no choice but to pay. I hope this can be brought to SAHUCS attention.
I would give a -5 if i could. Utterly disappointed after we negotiated verbally and written contracts and both were breached. I would advise any1 to pay a little extra and travel with an agent who has good moral values, scruples and Islamic etiquette. Extra money demanded after full payment was made with a thimbsucked rand/dollar rate. These are the types of agents/agencies who have sold Our Islam. Disgusted
Very disappointed, Nuri and her staff always makes promises and never live up to it, not even a simple call back can they do. They will make you a beggar when you are down and out. They don't even desirve a 1 star. Be careful of booking your Hajj and Umrah trips with these people as they not there for Allah's work but just to take other people's hard earned money.
The services provided are not up to standard at all . Very disappointed in all manner . I would not recommend this travel agency to any one let alone my family .
