It is almost 2 months regarding my second complaint to the faulty bed I have purchased at Russells Nelspruit. I have been calling and calling - i get no response - no feedback - all i am being told is that they have logged a call and they waiting - i have sent through pics of the bed but nobody is communicating with me? this is such unethical and very poor service!!!!!
It has a friendly atmosphere...workers are always ready to assist
Small cramped shop in a very busy street. Finding parking was a problem.
Staff service was poor took the a month to exchange a broken TV unit
Good service from the staff
