Waiting times tend to be long, as with most community centres. However, staff is professional and facilities is top class and high standards.

Took my mom there today,was amazed by the staff's competency and sense pf urgency. Sister Davids specifically and the team. A very well done. We need more of such carethank you

Not very friendly nor customer centric... loads of complaints from senior citizens about ill treatment and rude nurses and very very long waiting periods

You wait for 3 to 4 hours just to be helped, even if you have an appointment,poor and slow service the nurses here only think of themselves

I was here on the 01 Feb 2021 at 13:00 but was turned away because COVID testing is only between 7 - 9.30AM. So I get there again at 6.55 on the 02 Feb 2021. Stand in long queue and I only get told at 8.15am oh go inside for COVID testing and sit in the hot sun. We all collective decide no way we will sit in the shade. 8.30 come no help. Then at 8.40 one of us asks a medicine despense lady, "when will we be expected to be helped". The shocking answer 11am. What a waste of time. I request number sthen so that we all can co.e back at 11am so that we can be helped or appointments. And the overwhelming answer is "No, we don't do that here.". So for 4hrs you wait just to be helped. 4 HOURS. If we had waited in the sun we would have had definate sunstroke. i know the clinic is free but at some point you have to be more effective and efficient with potential CoVID poisitive people. Just terrible service, terrible communication. Oh and you can't use their toilets. After 4+hours 7 out of 11 people where told they wont be tested. Was only helped at 13h00 the same time I was turned away yesterday I had to wait 6Hrs in the hot sun at that time there was no more shade for everyone. I wanted to lay a complaint but the head nurse wasnt there and apparently the second in charge was in a meeting. I e-mailed a Ms Rose but I dont expect feedback or any changes from all the bad reviews so far. I even witnessed anothe patient also wating 6hrs being turned away by one of the nurses. The Nurse clapped her hands infront of her and the gentlemen and loudly yelled "Go, go, go. I am not the one to complain too!" And slammed the metal gate in his face. It was so rude the gentlemen just went home and couldnt even speak when I asked him if he is ok. He just shook his head no.
