I cannot even begin to describe the absolute amazing service I received from Cecil and his wife. I went in for a simple ring resizing and two weeks later I walked out with the most incredible, beautiful engagement ring. I had my "dream" engagement ring designed and made by someone in Cape Town last year, it took forever to receive and by the time I got it I was just so relieved to have it, but was never fully satisfied. Cecil took my ring in and they redesigned it to what I want. I burst into tears when I saw my new ring, it was exactly what I wanted, even better. Thank you so much Cecil, and thank you to the person that made my ring. I am in love!!

Great people to deal with. Cecil and Jenny are a pleasure to work with,wanted a special ring made up for my wife and they went above and beyond to help. Answered all my numerous questions and phone calls and always had all the answers I needed The ring turned out exactly how she wanted and my wife loves it. Unfortunately old school jewelers like Cecil are becoming more and more difficult to find

Great jewellers. Fantastic service. My husband and I go there every time we are on holiday in Durban which is 3 times a years. They have a great selection of ornaments and photo frames. Their pearls are beautiful and as well as the rest of their jewellery pieces. We love visiting them and bought many gifts for people from their shop. Prices we found are good.

The woman working in this shop is disgustingly rude and has no idea how to talk to customers. I walked out as her attitude was just revolting.
