I'm a die-hard SI-Hardware Polokwane customer. So when I visited my mom in Giyani and I needed a hardware, I tried them out. I didn't particularly like the fact that most items do not have prices displayed. You have to go ask at the till how much everything is. I did get an explanation that they are protecting the business because competitors tend to check their prices out and then beat their price after that. The explanation did make sense but it is an inconvenience, honestly speaking. However, the staff are very helpful indeed. I even managed to score a discount on the item I went to purchase so that was nice.

The service is great,but they must ensure that the queue of picking up the cements are being monitored because you find people on the queue and someone come straight from the shop and pass all people who have been queuing and pick up the cements and go

This place opens 7 days a week and you can get most of everything you need for your home improvements

Friendly staff who gives great discounts. Their products are affordable and I have spent a lot of money in this hardware because of their affordable prices.
