This place is revolting, we came from far and went inside as this is our usual stop as family to go and get cooldrinks snacks and use bathroom facilities... the smell is disgusting in the bathroom, clearly its not cleaned everyday, there is human hair on the floor, stains on the toilets as pee drip from the seats and there is soil and ants on the floor...its clear that its not being maintaned and moped or sweeped  and scrubbed

I entered the shop at around 15h50 today the 11th of May 2022. The reason for my visit was to cash my small winning lotto ticket which I had purchased at the same shop this past weekend Saturday.  About all 5 staff members that were present behind the counter were either free or semi-free, but they all ignored me while I stood there for a cool 3 minutes cameras, as if I was a nuisance to them. Even when I eventually decided to leave, for I was now fast becoming irritated, they did not bother to call on me, as if to say good riddance. I had earlier in the morning of the same day at around 06h33 tried to cash the same ticket but was told the machine is not yet On whatever that means. It's so unfortunate that I have to mention here that it's the 4th time now I'm failing to cash a lotto ticket at this shop, always full of stories. Why sell lotto tickets when you hate rendering the service in its entirety?

Very inefficient! There are 13 people in the queue, and only 1 slow employee to to process payments. Very frustrating business processes in place.
