Customer service pathetic at Gauteng Boksburg Jetpark branch. Pay upfront for the products I want then they tell me it is out of stock, it will be back in stock the following week. When I got there to collect my stuff it wasn’t there yet, and will only be with them the following week Monday again. No one phoned me the Monday, I phoned the Wednesday and the person said o ja it came today. They want your money and when they have it, they don’t care about customer service or the urgency

Poor service. It took an hour and half to serve me,something in my view which shud have taken 10min max.

the worst with looking after there customers. i will never recommend them.
