Would suggest you have property checked thoroughly from top to bottom, before buying or renting.  Contractors cut corners on plumbing, waterproofing and list goes on.

It was beautiful, I was impressed with the amount of artificial grass in the estate, we currently have two clients using our services at their residence to clean their turf and it would be great if we could be contracted for the cleaning of all the properties in the area!!

Beautiful homes, modern-day buildings, and nice layout

Security are too slow and they are not friendly

I have family living there. Personally, l do not like the "bland" colours It's too much like "little boxes" But, that is me, personally. I like colour.

Best place to be at. Close to a lot of amenities. Close to schools in immediate surrounds and bit further away. Located in a very up and coming area.

Excellent security with friendly staff at the entrance gate. Saw quite a few people who left their bicycles unattended outside their homes without the fear of it being stolen.
