The worst service is offered here. My brother passed on this morning and at 10h00 we were waiting to be assisted. During our waiting we were informally informed that the nurses are in the tea room. Only 12h00 did we see a nurse who took the deceased ID card as well as that of a relative. We could only hear them talking asking among themselves about the whereabouts of my late brother's file. Now at 12h44 we are still waiting with no word coming to explain to us.

Very very poor service with rude staff members. Nurses have no care, there're always on lunch from 08:00am till 19:00pm. I went to fetch my granny's medication but came back home empty handed.
I brought my Sister I put a 3 star not because of a Fault by the Staff or Doctors ....but I am Grateful to team that Worked on the 25 day and Night shift, Sir Mhlongo and his Team with Dr Matanzima the Radiographer had no name tag to even the security day and Night shifts all these People worked so Hard Under the Circumstances that they work in .....Siyahlupha singabantu...Siyagwazana silimele kunzima but Sibulela ukunyamezelana....Ndithi Mazenethole
Is it legal for the hospital to sell new born babies disposable napkins? Napkins are sold at R2 50 each.
