Great service , great items and great prices ! I was quite surprised with the huge selection!

I had my new bed delivered yesterday and the driver and the guy that assisted him was absolutely so friendly and helpful,the driver explained excatly the whole issue of how to turn the bed and not flip it,he is from House & Home Nelspruit and his assistant was also friendly and helpful, i was very impressed as I also used to work in the furniture trade thank everyone at House and Home, thank you Charlene you are a great inspiration to your stafg

Great variety, affordable prices

On Monday we went to this branch and bought almost R50 000 worth of appliances for our new home. Yesterday upon arrival to collect our stuff they wanted to load all the display units for us. We bought and payed for new stuff but gets second hand goods. We refused to take it and wanted them to refund everything to us. This is very very unproffesional. We are in the middle of a pandemic and we must be satisfied with a bed and everything that was on display in the store, for all to touch and sit on. We insisted on seeing the branch manager but he was nowhere to be seen. We are now awaiting for new stock to arrive within 2 weeks otherwise we will demand a refund for all items bought We will definately not make use of this store for any items we might need for our new home.

The Manager on duty was awfully arrogant and didn't even want to assist the sale person regarding an item which was not on stock. Furthermore during the payment process, didn't bother greeting the customer. The customer service from him is awful filled with a stinking attitude.

Have always recieved good service from this place, staff is friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Good selection of appliances and furniture. They also deliver.
