Absolutely terrible service. Product is delivered damaged i death with Dylan who acknowledged that it certainly is damaged and he will sort it out. Calls me 2 hours later and says the warehouse manager apologies but its normal as these things get checked regularly. What a joke honestly 2500 on a plug. I called back and dealt with Eloise who will hopefully sort this out. But I will never purchase from you guys. Mind you there isn't an instruction manual which clearly means the product or box has been tampered with.
