I received the worst service from her practice. Dr Fourie specialist recommended that I go and see her for glasses and further assessment??? Specialist Fourie and optometrist Sandra recommendations were different but Sandra said she will speak to the specialist and provide me with their feedback, she didn’t call me I ordered frames for my child and she came back to me with the incorrect frames. I ended choosing different frames because I felt sorry for them and did not want to argue anymore. They sent me sms saying glasses are ready, no feedback regarding discussion with specialist by the way. I came to fetch the glasses and they were disorganized, there were no straps for the glasses as agreed. The reception lady was fitting the glasses with huge straps that were not made for the glasses. They were not even sure if the glasses were as prescribed, they said I should come back again to check if they were correct..... this is just half of the drama. highly unprofessional never going back. I asked to pay for consultation and for the prescription so that I can go somewhere else they refused!!! I am reporting them!!!!
