iManaged – Managed Portfolios:
iManaged portfolios are individual share portfolios, not unit trusts. The minimum investment is R150,000, and there is a maximum of 10 shares in each portfolio to minimize trading costs, and a very small cash component. Individual shares are registered directly in the client’s name, providing ownership and full JSE protection under the JSE Fidelity Fund.
Distinct from the bespoke personalised portfolio management offered by SPI to clients investing over R1million, the iManaged portfolios are not individually-tailored, but are strictly managed according to model portfolio guidelines, giving clients access to the expertise, experience and excellent track record of the SPI investment team, led by Director of Investments, Alwyn van der Merwe.
Three portfolios will be offered initially, a General Equity Portfolio, a Dividend Income Portfolio and an Aggressive Technical Portfolio.
What about fees?
A monthly fee of just R50 plus VAT gives you access to the most innovative offering of features and facilities on the Internet. There are no other admin charges.
