Terrible, no response, I'm still waiting for someone to call me regarding my existing RA. I had a query.

I'm very disappointed with their service. It's been almost 10 days ago that I requested a statement of my personal loan and till to-date received nothing..! Pathetic service.

I would recommend Sanlam to everyone. They keep you informed with your claim. They tell you when your claim has been uproved.  Thank you for the excellent service you provide to your clients.
