I absolutely love Spur Benoni. The waiters are trained to treat ALL customers in a polite, respectful manner. I have never encountered any challenges or felt belittled or disrespected by waiters or managers. Customer Service 5/5.Food: 5/5

Bad Birthday Expirience ever Food was an extreme dissapointment the meat tasted the same i ordered the warrior combo chicken, ribs, lamb chops and wors everything tasted the same. I only managed to finish chips the rest was a takeaway cause my sisters fish was mushy with sauce all over the plate. Nqobile our waitress was amazing but food was a total waste R1800 spent and down to the drain. Spur you'll never see me. I dont recommend any dish for anyone

Spur has truly made a name for itself as their customer service and from the food's quality and taste. I have been going to Spur from a child right up until today and spur has shown great improvement as the years go buy. For great service and a worthwhile meal, I would definitely recommend Spur. The Manager, Mr Cousin is truly a great host and manager, going the extra mile to make his customers happy.

This Spur is beautiful and spacious. My family and I went there for my daughters birthday on 07/01/2023. We were welcomed nicely. but the Zimbabwean I mention this only to make it easy for you to know who it is as I didn't get the name waiter who's table we sat on had a terrible attitude. It's like she did not want to be at work of she was deliberately trying to chase us away. We asked for cocktails recommendations and she answered "all cocktails are the same, it just depends what you like". After a few minutes of tolerating her disgusting service and unbearable work ethics we decided to leave. She wasn't even bothered.

Worst experience ever Service was pathetically slow. After 45 minute someone seemingly some manager wanted to know if we enjoyed our meals .... I said we never yet received the order ... off she goes to find out ... some time later the kids meals arrived ... looks good and fresh and chips nice My burger and chips with onion rings arrived soon after ... it firstly looked like someone thrown up over the beef ... supposed to be cheddar melt ... it's ice cold and the chips are not even warm and they limp taking them out of the basket. I complained to the so called manager and told her to take it away and I'm leaving. Not 10 minutes later ... the kids were still eating ... she rocks up with another meal .... now why can they suddenly make one in that time, but the original order comes after 45 minutes. I didn't accept the replacement and refused to pay for the original They will definitely not see me or my family again. Warning .... if you hate bad service and food .... don't take your family there

The service was great, very friendly and humble staff who kept on checking on us. It didn’t take long for the food to be served but I wasn’t sure about the quality of the food, I ordered the Warrior Combo. The sauce used on it just seemed off and tasted different - more like a gravy. I have been to over 40 Spurs nationwide and I know how the normal sauce looks and taste so this one was just off. The three stars are for the staff and service received. Nice kids play area, I would definitely take my kids there but not for the food.

So my family and I went to Spur lunch today 11 November the service was good but the food. Oh my word it was so bad. I ordered a calamari starter and the calamari rings were rubbery, the onion rings soggy and the portions were small. The manager tried resolving the issue by getting us another batch of calamari but it was still the same. I have never tasted food that was that bad at any Spur I've been to. It was a waste of money so disappointing.

I had the "Unreal Breakfast " @ R 34.90 ! Excellent value. Good service too.

I actually should not even give a star did and order. Got a messag from informing me my delivery is one it's way......then got another message saying that the driver was replaced. I tried phoning but no answer. Still have not received my order. And no thanks. You already me feel hungry once. Even after I paid for it.
