Extremely bad service, all they know is to hang up the phone while you report a serious matter. They're a totall disgrace in the police force in south africa. I was reporting a serious matter and my calls were dropped and I called for hours without any luck after some time they answered but hang up on me again. Can our government please interven and replace this useless police officers with the real police officers who value the lives of people. I would rate them negative 100 if it was possible

Worst experience ever, you call for assistance and they say "You people are annoying" what kind of nonsense is that? Which public are they serving? Wooo we suffered at the hands of the taxi patrol guys, our rights are violated in this area and the SAPS does not assist us in anyway. I honestly cannot believe this, our SAPS is failing us, Bheki Cele should visit the public and find out how his colleagues are serving the public! Woo aay.
