Constable Madondo abs W/O Viljoen of Newcastle SAPS assisted me today when the same intruder invaded my property and stole my lawnmower and pool pump today. LT. COL. on duty was a sweetheart who managed to persuade SAPS to come after 1 hour and 30 minutes on house invasion. Budget cuts and stressful working environment did not prevent these members in executing their mandate to serve and protect us. You are dearly loved.
Wow what a poor service.. I just called to find out about something.. the guy was so rude to me,, he even called me " we ngane".... this isn't fair at all.. I might be young but I deserve to be respected. He said he will connect me with the HR.. Then he ended the call.. we calling because we have inquiries and we need help,, we not bored please respect us.
Depending on which department you are visiting your experience will be different.. for example at the help desk upfront it takes forever and half for you to get help with certifying copies etc. But the fingerprint and police clearance officers are really outstanding helpful and go the extra mile to help you out I was pleasantly surprised the ladies and gentlemen there are really efficient
Poor service on the 03 August 2021 when by only one police woman was bringing service to a very long queue and after 3 hours of waiting, the police station was closed due to a positive case of covid and we were asked to come back the following day. It's a big police station that must not stop bringing best service to people.
Professional officers. Friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the building itself does not reflect the quality of service. It looks derelict and uncared for. However, once you interact the dedication to community service becomes visible.
They provide excellent and prompt service. There are long lines though if you want to certify your documents. They have no peer police station around. Centre of Excellence indeed
It is the best Police station which provides the community of Newcastle with the best security services and also contributes much on creating a safe and secure environment in the city where people walk safe within its jurisfiction. The relationship between the police and the community where its opetates is overwhelming such that people voluntarily work hand in hand to make the city more safer.
