RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Our Returns Policy is strictly 14 days after receiving the product and no returns or exchanges can be honoured after 14 days.
REFUND EXCEPTIONS
- Non-delivered orders due to incorrect delivery address are not subject to a refund.
- Orders that arrive in the destination country and are not collected from the post office are deemed delivered and will not be refunded.
- Parcels that have arrived in a destination country but are delayed within the country of origin are not eligible for a refund, and these parcels must be tracked within your country's postal system.
Should an item not arrive within the destination country after 21 days, a full refund will be issued.
Returns and other refunds will only be considered on products that are defective.
Items must be in their original packaging and unused to qualify for a refund.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
