Pathetic. I wouldn't even give a one star! Have never left there once, satisfied or assisted, 4th visit in a span of 6 months. I previously gave them the benefit of the doubt due covid conditions but, rubbish is the best description of service in all my visits there.

Bad customer service recieved today from a lady called Mavis.She was very rude she doesnt know how to speak with people. We come to SARS looking for assistance and help but she is telling me to use my smart phone because i'm young.What if I dont have data? That lady is very rude and she also has a bad attitude,she is telling me that she has a loud voice and started shouting me infront of the cleaner and security guy Please teach your staff about good customer service mxm!!!!!!!

The service was good, quick and exceptional.We were recognised and attended within a second, the lady that assisted us was very friendly.

Worst service ever! The satf is rude to the point where they actually asked the security to remove me because I kept asking what I should do and would only help people they felt like helping , didn't even try to listen to a person!

The service was excellent but the ques are long but moves at steady pace,can recommend.Pls don't forget to take umbrella no shade.

Service questionable. I spend 6 hours just to register!! So disappointed.
