The worst car wash ever! One of those guys takes my token and my slip while I’m in the queue. I check with him if he will remember that I paid for a full wash inside and outside, he says yes. I wait in the queue 1h30 before my car gets a wash. Then suddenly no one remembers me or that they took my slip and token. Now I must turn into a crazy person fighting for what I paid for. Bad experience. I’ll never come back here The WORST!
Today at 12h35 I wanted to put feul in my car. I was directed to a pump by the forecourt supervisor and as I pulled in a Taxi attempt to pull in and he said the taxi is 1st. He then directed me to another pump and a bakkie pulled in and he was allowed to do. No sense of prioritizing I said I will rather go to another fuel station end he replied it ok not his problem
Poor service was asking for R500.00 fuel and for three times in a row I got R500.10 of fuel. Waiting for service will take forever. Worst fuel stasion in town .
Love this fuel station. Staff are always very friendly and there are 3 ATMS too and carwash
Sasol Secunda CBD looks very beautiful & smart from the outside.One great thing is that is a 24 hour service.The petrol attendants is fast,friendly & assist you with ease.You must wear a mask before entering the shop.You also need to sanitize your hands.On entering you will see clean drinking water.They also sell cigarettes,matches,drinks,chips & there are seats to sit & relax after ordering pies,coffee or sandwiches.The isles are organized in such a manner that you can find anything you need.They also have a great car wash.For R110,you get a full wash.They clean the car on the outside & vacuum the car from the inside.You can see them cleaning my car.It looked smart then it was done.
If I could rate 0 stars I definately would. Attendees standing around refusing to assist. Spent almost a rhousand rand and this is tge service I receive!
Lack friendliness towards customers and no wifi as mentioned...toilet facilities is a struggle to use because the door is locked and have to beg the cashier to unlock the door .. I won't go there again ...very disappointed
The Manager here refused to keep Khanyisa Newspaper saying they do not have any more space, but the reason was very clear that the isiZulu content was a problem for him. This is the only Sasol Garage in the whole of Gert Sibande District that refuses to keep Khanyisa Newspaper. We however work very well with Sasol Head office as we were at a media tour last week and inside this edition, there are positive Sasol stories in English.
Went for wash n go. No sign saying machine is broken. Only sign there is saying, eash n go 24 hrs. Only when you go inside you told carwash not working
The worst car wash place I have ever taken my car to, and extreamly expensive, worst,,,,,,,
