I wanted to buy cappuccino and read a notice stating the coffee must be paid first and then collected. I waited quite some time in the queue only 1 cashier working while the other one was counting money just to be sent back to the machine. When I got back to the till with the coffee, I had to stand in the queue again! The guy working behind the counter was quite rude and spiteful in sending me up and down and having to queue every time. It was before 6:00 this morning and it was not very busy, but the service was super slow!
Always a lovely time when I come here. Service attendents are friendly even at 4am in the morning. Also quick to react when a customer arrives.
Worst possible service station to stop at. Stood there for 10min and when u start your car to leave, then they want to come to help you. Please rather close down so we can get a better service station in your place
Same as all the other. Good service, friendly attendees and very nice freshly baked pies in the shop. But there is the guy following you and watching you from the moment you get into the shop... makes you not want to thatch anything and get out as quick as possible. I guess you have to do what you have to do to minimise shoplifting.
I love it. Have used it for many years. Friendly atmosphere, customer centric stuff & local fuel. The restaurants compliments the place that was once the only convenience store in the vicinity. Gas also supplied. Various ATMs in the vicinity.
The service was good but they where short stuffed
First Time Ever Reviewing It was my first going to nelpark... I am amazingly surprised of the service recieved from Lucky, going extra mile to assist me - first time getting such treatment. He is a born for this. Am trully bleesed to receive such service. Siyabonga guys, much appreciated.
This petrol station is quiet busy during peak times. But service is satisfactory as long as you are patient.
I've recently started visiting this side of town and it's great ,efficient and friendly. I cross the road with my eyes close too.... kidding, it's that safe, in a nutshell.
Always excellent service,you don't wait to be attended to.
