Professional friendly expert advice. The best bra fitting service.
Very poor customer service and the online size calculatet does not work always gives the wrong size. Update: We sent the item back on our own experience although you admitted the online size calculater is not working properly. Obviously you have to do better with existing customers if you want returning customers. If we pay for a premium product we expect better service.
Checked the store out with my colleagues great service and good quality items. Pricing is abit out of my class but would totally love one day to own a few sets from their store, breath-taking lingerie
Visiting Satin Candy is always a delightful experience. This is the only place in the Province where you can purchase bras that actually fit. It is also a great way to help the less fortunate if you have bras that no longer fit you can donate them and the staff repair and distribute them to women in need. Thanks ladies! You never make us feel uncomfortable when shopping for lingerie.
I adore every aspect of this shopping experience! The atmosphere is to beautiful and classy, the staff are friendly, patient and helpful. I feel wonderfully taken care of whenever I visit one of the stores. The quality of the bras is incredible and I always feel great and supported in a Satin Candy bra! Thank you ladies for all of your hard work!
Unfortunately not as good an experience and value for money as I hoped. The young lady told me she knew which size I was just by looking at me I had a loose dress on. She then proceeded to “size me” with her hands in the shop, while there was a man standing in the shop, chatting to the other assistant. She then told me which size I was without measuring me incorrect size, I had to correct her then took me through to the change room. She brought me bras, which I had to ask her to assist me to put on. After a few minutes of trying on 3 bras, she gave me one more and said she’d leave me to try on, on my own. She did not come back. When I walked out to pay for one, she asked if it fitted me and went to assist another client, while the other lady rang up the sale. The shop was not busy; I was the only client, until the end of my visit. I will think twice about going back. Disappointing.

We went to the umhlanga Satin Candy and the owner Sandra was there to help us. I had bought a bra in January and I had not been back to get the bra fixed as the hook and eye did not last long. The owner offered to get her seamstress to fix it without any questions. My sister bought 2 silicone shoulder pads which are superb. Such a good idea for people who have heavy breasts and from keeping your bra from slipping down.
