Sawa Haa Thai Spa

Very disappointed. Booked an spa package for me and my husband for his birthday. The renew package that consists of pampering foot soak and scrub full body exfoliating treatment full body Thai massage or Aromatherapy oil Thai massage, facial and food massage. Light lunch included. 1st No pampering foot soak or scrub. They never asked us if we want the traditional Thai massage or oil massage they did the oil massage. We did state that we want the traditional Thai massage when we booked. We NEVER GOT a foot massage and when I enquire at the reception she said it was part of the full body massage, time spent on feet was less than 5 min. The lady at reception said she will enquire about the foot massages but never did it. Light lunch was served in the reception area in the doorway where everyone old entered. DO NOT ADVERTISE IF YOU NOT GEARED UP TO DELIVER

Terrible experience. Booked for a message on the Sunday at 1. When we arrived lady was surprised as though there was no booking. She Took myself and my husband to the room where we waited for 15 minutes before we were told sorry the ladies are busy with another client who came late. I asked her to just tell me if they didn't have my booking I would understand and it would be ok bit she assured me that wasn't the case and that they wouldn't be long... well after another 20 min wait I told my husband let's just go. So we got dressed and left without a message just an apology from receptionist... terrible il never go back!!!!!

The worst spa experience we have ever had. We paid for a TAI massage, Ladies were not Tai , very clumsy , had no idea what they were doing and I fear they could injure someone. Have had proper Tai massage with SAWA HAA before and this treatment was not anything like previous massages. Not acceptable.

Been going there for years and got the best massages from thai ladies. Recently there is no thai ladies doing the massages. The new ladies don't know what they doing,no technique.i won't be going back there again
