Mike is a genius he has fixed my knee and put me in a pair of running shoes that are simply the best I have ever run in. His holistic approach to fixing the source of the injury is simply outstanding. Have a running injury? Don't mess around get hold of Mike!
I was unsure of the benefits of having a leg assessment done to help my shin splints after a year of exhausting options with physios and sports doctors. Mike was exceptionally friendly and didn't rush through the appointment, taking time to answer my questions. It has been a little over a month since I went and my shin splints seem to be a thing of the past. It feels great to be running pain-free again. I would strongly encourage anyone to get a leg assessment, whether to cure an injury or to prevent an injury. Thanks Mike!
Great service. Did the runner leg assessment, bought new shoes and did some treatment sessions based on Mike's recommendations. I have definitely seen an improvement with injuries I have been struggling with for years.
Mike has a small shop that focussed on swimming, cycling and running. After seeing numerous doctors with my running problems, I gave him a shot when I saw he was a retailer for a shoe I wanted. He offer a leg assessment service where he takes a closer look at your running style as well as all other factors that impact the way you run. I can happily say he has been the only person that could sort out my running injury without charging an arm and a leg. He also offers coaching and daily educational videos teaching athletes what to do and what not to do. I would recommend him to any person!
Mike and team are absolutely fantastic. Their advice and assistance is always phenomenal. Cannot go wrong getting your next running shoes here either.
Mike is a high level coach and therapist. I am a combat sports athlete and i often go to see mike for treatments to stay moving, active and injury free. Experienced professional and relevant.
Mike is excellent for anything from leg / shoe assessments to treating injuries! Also offers hyperbaric oxygen therapy, a must visit for any athlete.
