I only have good things to say about Schindlers, particularly- Chantal. G, who made my entire purchasing process a breeze, answered all my questions, was very professional and processed my registration within 6 days. I have zero complaints, the service received was 5 star. I absolutely recommend Schindlers Attorneys.

Putrid service Schindlers service was absolutely poor. They don’t respond to emails. They actually made the transfer process of my house, very uneasy and disappointing. Apart from the sellers being difficult. Schindlers made the process even worse, by wanting to pull our registration out of the deeds office and delay the transfer of our house. Note to future home buyers: Do not take transfers attorney recommendations from your realtor. Our realtor gave us the worst suggestion which was Schindlers.

The degree of professionalism, efficiency and friendly service offered by Schindlers Attorneys is most impressive.  Marisa in particular made the experience of dealing with all the legal issues surrounding the sale of my property an absolute pleasure.  Each step was clearly explained, and she was always available to answer my questions.

Schindlers manged the transfer of my house and Nathalie was particularly helpful, she provided guidance and support throughout the process. Her constant feedback and advice was incredibly helpful. Thank you Nathalie and the team at Schindlers.

Asked to help with our municipality account that sky rocketted, we ended up having to pay the municipality 10.000pm after doing so still got disconnected and account still a problem so not so helpful on the municipality problem

We have had such a bad and horrible experience with a specific conveyancer -that works for Schindlers with the purchase of our property, she does not respond to emails or give any feedback. After we have paid the property transfer costs for the new property we did not receive any feedback for anything, I guess once  the OTP was signed... we have paid for the opening of the accounts for COJ after transfer was registered but did not receive any feedback.... we have now had to call COJ on our own for feedback and it has been such a horrible experience working with her... It seems that the accounts were not created until we have called to initiate it as well. I am not pleased by this, what was the payment for account creation for if we called and did it on our own...
