Phoned the store for 2 weeks - no answer. Went into the store personally only to be told that the phone number is probably incorrect. The reason for my attempted call was to ask 1 question - an enquiry into a 1 month old watch that was returned for checking/repairs. The watch was only received by the supplier today on the day I walked into the store because a phone cannot be answered. Very frustrating. Most unprofessional crowd. Xmas present mistake...

Store has 1 cashier and nobody else is able to assist. 1 sales person playing with a ball and the other ran away and stood at the till trying to hide away. Terrible for a Sunday morning. If there is only 1 cashier, why is he doing sales? Waited just short of 20 minutes in the queue where I was the only person

Walked in there today ready to buy running shoes. nobody greeted me or came to assist me. Took my money next door to Tekkie Town

I no longer visit this shop,the last time i was here i had to ask the assistant 3 times for the same tekkie my son wanted..he kept forgetting what we have asked for..each time he would take forever in the storeroom and comes back empty handed because he forgot...

I rate the sympathy_0.I wanted to buy my son clothes at that shop. Cold reception he received.
