The lady who helped me was AMAZING!!! From giving me advice to assistance to helping me get my ticket for my brother in laws funeral. I cannot say thank you enough. Paid for the ticket at their web-site, ticket was not delivered, money were taken and now I can't buy another ticket. Fine! No money and no ticket! Scammers. They will send me an e-mail of course, but it doesn't help in my problem. It is most useless travel agency I have ever met in my life. Instead of real help they subscribed me to their "newsletter". Their management style tends to be too old fashion when instead of listening customers and solving the issues they replace it with "policy and regulations and marketing flooding". You, guys, need to go out from 1990s. Just think twice before even trying to use their services - because in uncomfortable situation you will just be answered that they can't do anything. They did "procedures" but they are working not to a customer convenience.
Khayakazi gave me the best service ever. She called to check and ensure all my details and flight booking are sorted. She went out of her way to trace and sort out the payment from all bank accounts because it was incorrectly referenced by my company and completed the booking on my behalf including waiting longer just to issue me the flight ticket. Thank you for your care and support. You deserve a raise
I wish to commend travel start , for having such fine employees and whom are able to assist one with professionalism and patience. I have had the privilege of one the best agents to assist me today the five star rating I gave does not do justice to her dedication and support she gave , it was though she was flying herself wanted to make sure the issue was resolved which had and that’s how she treated me , 6:18 pm and she has just finished with me , excellent and thank you Shireen

Lindsey was such a great help with our booking issues. We were struggling to make the payment for our booking all afternoon and Lindsey walked through the entire online payment process with us. When that didn’t work, she followed up with the Travelstart team and called us back immediately, and sorted out the issue for us! Thank you Lindsey!

I've been using Travelstart since 2014 booking my overseas flights & they have been my go to booking agent in South Africa. Recently we've had to postpone an overseas trip due to the passing of a family member. Initially it was a bit frustrating over the last month getting advice from various staff members at Travelstart not to mention the staff who are based in India who are of no assistance whatsoever. The team in India have no people skills & I have chatted to a few of them. It just seemed like everyone did the very least to advise you & I was left feeling like very anxious after calling almost daily for a month to get updates. I then called again hoping to get better assistance & that's when I chatted to Aime-Leigh Bredenkamp. She assisted me previously in our trip to Thailand in December 2022 & after hearing that I've lost a family member & had to postpone our trip she felt like more needed to be done than sending an email for feedback. She told me that I need to give her an hour & she would email me with feedback. Within the hour she called the airline & got a response on my fiance's ticket & managed to get the requests resolved then & there. Thereafter & until now I have been receiving almost daily feedback from Aime-Leigh on the progress on my ticket requests. I am so very thankful to Aime-Leigh for all the effort she has put in to assist me being a long time customer of Travelstart she provided the same exceptional service & always ensuring we were at ease at the end of the call or email. Travelstart needs more people like Aime-Leigh who go the extra mile to ensure a customer is assisted to the best of their ability & isn't left anxious after a call/email. Thank you Aime-Leigh & Travelstart!!!
