My father was buried by Somdaka but they have lost his grave number now we are struggling to install a tombstone because apparently the grave number that was issued belongs to someone else, going to their offices is useless

I went to update my book. All the tellers were on lunch, that does not make sense at all. Service was poor, we all sat there and not understanding who was next or where we should go. No man I'm disappointed
