Seabourne Inxpress

Very poor service. Send my xbox controller in for repairs. Waited for almost 3 weeks and received a wrong package. Send emails and called on a weekly basis without any response. Still waiting on my package6 weeks up till this day. This is my second package that I have send away and had the same experience. No feed back from the company regarding my package.

Utter professionalism from Marco and Elaude at Seabourne Express who co-ordinated a complicated, time-specific document collection in Liverpool to return to me in Cape Town. It was handled seamlessly, all my panic emails were dealt with so kindly and I was fed tracking updates every step of the way, without once having to ask. And the best part, parcel was received in CT 5 days before the estimated arrival date. Will definitely use this team again

Allthough I understand there is a backlog on deliveries due to the lockdown, my shipment arrived with you on 05.06.2020. It was dispatched on 10.06.2020 and now 5 days later I have still not received it. The worst courier service I have had.

My wine order was placed on 25 May. It arrived at the Seabourne facility on 19 June. Its been moving around the facility for 2 weeks now. I have spoken to the company supplying the wine and their agents without success. Two other orders from other wineries arrived within 10 days of lockdown restrictions being lifted. Unacceptable and I will not order these wines again.
