Very nice coffee shop. The aroma lures you in from a far. Prices are reasonable. Friendly staff and excellent service. Delicious snacks available. Vegetarian options: Non diary options available

Staff is very friendly and the Butterscotch steamer and hot chocolate were excellent. Just a little bit of attention to detail lacking . Three staff members in sight and the tables are dirty . Music too low and doesn't contribute much to the ambience.

A very nice Seattle. Great seating and friendly service. The coffee is great as always. There is a Exclusive Books just around the corner so it's great to grab a book and a coffee!

Seattle is our favourite coffee because of taste and amazing service. The Menlyn branch staff are just rude and irritable. Also, to wait 10mins for cappuccinos with no customers in front of us just adds to the bad customer service experience. Would rather support the other branches. Dietary restrictions: We ordered almond milk in our cappuccinos

Seattle Menlyn Park shopping centre - Bring back the leather chairs that were removed! The seating area is looking a little sparse since spacing out the remaining chairs and tables doesn't work for ambience or comfort.Food: 5/5

Ordered 2 americanos. The worst coffee I ever had. Tasted like water. When I complained they told me I am wrong. It is like they used a single tampa for 2 coffees trying to save money or they did not swap the coffee out before they made it. This happened at Menlyn around 14:00 on 10 July 2022. Avoid if you appreciate a good cup of coffee!!
