I have been a pest with phone calls trying to sort out all the documents for the collection of my vehicle and yet she never failed to create a ln outstanding customer experience. She made feel like my needs were a priority and made sure the all my requests and needs were well taken care of. She is an absolute asset to your company. Thank you Mandisa for confirming and reassuring me that great customer service still exists and because of this amazing experience, I will definitely be coming back and recommending more people to you.
The place is a bit far from town but the service is good
If you don't know about cars, repairs, mechanical and panel beating. Stay far away. On Saturday the 13th of November 2021. I saw a Toyota yaris online. It looked ok. It says start. It was not accident damaged. I was excited to bid and buy a car for myself. Today the 16th November 2021 I paid for the car drove to smd and when they brought the car it was a disaster. The car is terrible. It doesn't hold water, it's a lemon, I was asked to speak to the manager Ruan. I informed him I'm a first time buyer and that I cannot take the Yaris. Due to the condition and that I'm not in the financial and mechanical capability to repair this vehicle. Ruan emailed the head office and I'm waiting on them to refund the monies, I'm not sure if I will loose my deposit. Ruan was kind enough to explain how it all worked. If you are looking for a car for yourself to drive you may be better of at we buy cars. I advise first time buyers like myself, don't buy a car online unless you have physically inspected the vehicle and know what you are getting into. I'm now left dismayed and disappointed
They scam people, i went there to collect the car which i won the bid and they didn't want me to see the car before payment and i decided to leave
