I had the BEST support from the STAFF working in the 2 separate shoe departments! Sales Rep 132/Jeffrey. I haven't got words for all the support he gave. And all the boxess of shoes he curried to try and help me. And I got the shoes to fit me after I had a foot operation. Thank you very much.

Lovely shopping mini mall for high end quality clothing, jewellery and homewear. Huge variety of exclusive fragrances. Beautiful coffee shop and eating area although I haven't tried the food yet. Good service.
Ordered a black pair and I got a blue one, when I tried to exchange it for the correct one I was told it was out of stock. Decided to keep the blue pair because the return process would mean I won’t have my jeans or money for two weeks, minimum.
They have horrible customer service. Unprofessional, they talk over you and won't let you explain anything. Orders say available online but when you've paid and follow up, the item is apparently sold-out. When you call in you're told the item is in stock and will be delivered today. 3 days later nothing! And when you call they claim delivery will be made today. Whats with that?
This was amazing experience. The second I walked inside it felt like I was instantly transported to Dubai. This Sedgars just broke all and any expectations I had. You can find many home based products here from bedding to furniture and kitchen appliances. The is some amazing clothing options available with a good variety of shoes accompanying the clothes. As you go further back they have a large variety of sporting clothes and equipment. Just a great experience overall
I’ve had the worst experience ever with the online department. They promise to get back to you but never do, their communication is the pits and so is the delivery they use. There is always a hassle.
After struggling for 3 weeks with applications with iStore, I went to Portia in Sedgars MYN directly. I was assisted with a new contract and a new device on the spot. Might I add that the device I received is apparently out of stock at istore SA. Great service Sedgars.
I bought a G-Star jeans size 28, but the pair equals a size 32. The way I'm so disappointed I'm not even thinking about returning the thing.
Very nice store, but had to walk around to find someone to help with suitcase sales.
