Ladies that work under admin department they have bad attitude

The gates are closed by comrades and I can't get into school to submit my documents

The reception staff is so RUDE, they slack at putting the client first. Their phone forever rings without being attended. Today have called non stop after, being hanged up when i enquired about my diploma. THEY TELL YOU TO CALL instead of going to them, BUT THEY NEVER ANSWER THE TELEPHONE!!!!

The assistance was great and i took less than an Hour to finish my registration

Why can't I be attended to when I try to call. I mean I need help and I can't come there since I had contact with someone who tested positive for covid and I'm isolating. PICK UP YOUR PHONES!!!

The college was clean, sanitizers at every entry, office staff was very helpful and friendly

The stuff didn't give us enough attention
