Impeccable service I have only received polite and extremely helpful service. Great, thanks to Annette. This is not my first time coming to Sennheizer; I'm always greeted with a smile. Annette went out of her way to swiftly book in my Momentum True Wireless headphones. A day later, I was issued with a replacement product. Sennheizer stands by its product. Any issues with your product, they replace it without questions. Thanks, Annette and Sennheiser, what a pleasurable experience and I can highly recommend their product to anyone. Duncan
Like the top class sound quality of Sennheiser, so too was the customer service I received recently from Annette Carstens. I have two pairs of Sennheiser headphones. One wireless and the other I needed re-cabling. Annette arranged everything for me and it was a completely stress free experience with top class service for a top class product. Thank you Annette.
Had an awesome experience fixing my headphones! I was helped by Annette Carstens and she was extremely responsive and went out of her way to help me. Really glad to have Sennheiser looking after the little guy as well as the bigger customers! Very happy with my choice of Sennheiser.
Most excellent customer service ever. In 2021 I enquired about getting replacement earpads for a set of HD400 headphones from 1979 via their website. Not only did Annette at the service department answer promptly, but they still had parts available! Brand new and excellent quality. Recently I needed earpads for another set of Sennheisers there's 6 or 7 sets in the family - I don't keep track anymore :- , and although they are no longer made, Annette still had stock and could help me out. I adore Sennheiser. They have excellent products, but even more important to me is that they offer technical and customer support at a level sadly very, very rarely seen today. Old-school competency and excellence - long may it continue to be so.
I bought a pair of Sennheiser M2 IEBT wireless headphones which I absolutely love. About a year after I purchased them, the battery went dead and I had every expectation of having to throw them away. I made contact with Annette Carstens at Sennheiser South Africa and was blown away by both the speed of response and the proactive approach to solving my problem. Within 3 days I had a replacement product and as painless a process as you could possibly hope for. I can't recommend this company's products or service highly enough!
One of the most positive customer service experiences I've had in a long time! I bought a pair of Sennheiser CX Plus True Wireless Earphones from OneDayOnly, but the unit's battery kept draining overnight. I contacted Sennheiser directly and Annette Carstens contacted me within a couple of minutes of sending the email. I sent the unit directly to them for assessment and within 2 days of receiving it, Annette confirmed that the unit was faulty and had a new unit dropped off at my house the next day. She was in constant communication and kept me up to speed throughout the process. I wish support staff from other companies could learn from Sennheiser what good customer service looks like. Annette, you are an absolute superstar! Thank you :
My Sennheisor 550ii went to repairs and then came back, they issue was solved by replacing new parts and even the battery life is much longer. They look brand new and I have nothing to complain about. I am totally satisfied by the service and results I got.

Great customer service. Gave in my Momentum True Wireless, where the right earbud was faulty on the Wednesday of 26th May and received a call on Friday 28th May to pick my new replacement order, which ended up being the second Generation Momentum True Wireless 2. Amazing service. Will continue to support this kind of business.
Had out of warranty Sennheiser headphones repaired by them. They fixed them at a very reasonable price, and service was very good. Based on their after sales service, I will definitly recommend Sennheiser to anyone.
