Serengeti Karavaanpark

We was at Serengeti for the day. People are rude and we had bad service! The food was awfull. Our burgers buns was old and we didn't get any cutlery or serviettes with our food. My daughter had to eat her cheesy chips with her hands. Cheese sauce was disgusting. Taste like old powder with lots of butter. We had to walk with our dirty faces and hands to the bathroom to go and clean up afterwards. They gives us 6 month old expired tomato sauce!!! I will never order food again there and would not recommend the place to anyone to order food there.

Nice facility. Good stands for caravan/camping. Nice shop. Bathrooms not always clean. Central place for toilet paper in the bathrooms NOT acceptable.

We enjoyed the clean, neat affordable accomodation. There is a bar, shop and a restuarant, swimming pools and a hiking route. Was worth staying there.

Always peaceful and such friendly staff. Great place to go for the whole family

Create Caravan park for the family. Just need an upgrade on restrooms and showers then this will be a 5 star in my view.

We were supposed to go to kzn for the week and due to things happening had to cancel... and boy oh boy am I happy that I had to cancel that trip... cause I got to go to this amazing place... there wasn't one thing that I didn't find great about this place my son enjoyed it so very much as did we!!! Always great service from everyone with smiles and all!!! The food... oh my word... 5 star restaurants have nothing on this place... and the amount of food you get... omw... it's great everything about this place is amazing.... I'm most definitely gonna be becoming a regular here... thanks to you all for such an amazing time!!!

Had a nice experience with friendly welcome all swiming pools well looked aftef

Not a good experience to go during the week, pay full price to get one third of the facility. To top things off, they started grinding and civil work and didn't warn anyone, we booked out a day early and the lady at reception didn't even bother to ask why, just a snarky ''it's fine'' statement. The groundskeeper was the only friendly person around. We felt like intruders instead of visitors
