Seshego Hospital

That place is horrible they deliver poor service if you want to see a doctor they'll refer you to their clinic imagine an old woman like me drinking multivitamin while i specifically explain to them that ive been having a headache that's so painful i can't even do a thing i used to drink 6painkillers per day and they only last for 10minutes and my ear makes weird noises they said i had depression and this headache has been going on for the past 3weeks till today they didn't check anything or take my blood to see if there's anything wrong with me so they just gave me antibiotics and ibuprofen and multivitamin they said i should stop thinking too much

what are phones for at seshego two years trying to call that hospital no one reverts then you try calling the Clinical Manager since their contact details are provided, same story they never pick up disappointing

It's not so bad it needs some work done in terms of cleanliness.

My brother is terminally ill and a private doctor referred him to a hospital for further assistance, We arrived at the hospital @2:30 pm and at the current moment it is 20:35 and we are still waiting for help... We are told the is no Dr. Is that even possible that a whole hospital does not have a doctor to assist patients... Where is the management of the hospital to ensure that service is delivered efficiently and successfully.. You are dealing with saving people's lives however the level of service that you provide is very poor.

Someone needs to intervene. The level of service that we are getting in seshego hospital is way out of the line. I brought my child here at 12H13 and as of now at 19H44 I'm still here. The less they did was to so temperature and keep us waiting in a room. What if the sickness get worse while waiting. What if we loose someone's life while waiting. Is these the price we pay for using public service? Many people are complaining about these hospital and their complain are not attended. Guys is traumatizing to see patients here cause we not used to that. Is there anyway someone can assist or help the community

They treat their patients in a good way that makes them feel free to come back

The service is very down.... I had to wait for an hour and half for them to help my friend in the maternity section... Gateway clinic is so slow tht you have to qait for more than 5 hours to get help..... wouldn't recommend anyone to go there in case kd emergency

My Grama went to the hospital today 5th of January 2021 gravely sick after a private Doctor told them he cannot assist them due to the condition she is in,He told my sister to go to the hospital as this was an emergency and go straight to Casualty.At Casualty they turned them down and told them to go wait at the Long ques to see a Doctor,Note my Grama is above 70years and due to her condition she cannot even walk.My sister have to carry her to the bathroom every 10min which is very traumatizing for her since she is only 20yrs.After several calls to the hospital I finally got thru to Sister Kabe who was a great help and she took it upon herself to make sure that my Grama is attended..Thank you very much Sister Kabe u were realy amazing

All the black workers uses pride rather than helping their sisters and brothers e.g they have the same discourage manners instead of helping you they insult and Laugh you worthless people

I went there on 17 oct 2019 cause I had high blood pressure the doctor told me that thy will give me a pill so that i can be in labour i was waiting for it from 18, 19 20,21 22 thy gave me on 23 n I gave birth on 24 so I will say there service is poor because thy took my blood almost every day, the most painful part is that i was sleeping on the floor , image being prengnt at hospital with no bed it was really hard for me.
