My brothers cremation was handled by this funeral home that is contractually bound to the Tygerburg Hospital Morgue. I was able to pick up his death certificate from them shortly. My service experience with them was wonderful.
Shukran to all the staff at Alijac. My mom passed away on the 30th June 2022 our world fell apart in a blink of an eye we had no idea where to start with my mom's last wishes all I can say is thank you to everyone we spoke for always being so kind even though I called everyweek s and was always dealt with in a kind and loving matter
With the passing of my mother, we went to Shalom Alijac Funeral Services, based on recommendations. From the time we entered the facility to the day of collecting my mother's ashes was the most hassle free and well managed arrangement process. I'm highly satisfied with the service we as a family received from Heinie Cupido, as he was our organizer. He went the extra mile during our heartache and saddest moments. Thank you for the exceptional customer service and support received from you and the team. We would highly recommend 'Alijac'. Thank once again .
What a horror story!!! Our family has been trying to get my mother's ashes from them for 8 months. Most unprofessional people to deal with. Absolutely disgusting service. And this we have to deal with while grieving a loved one. No urgency whatsoever to get this matter resolved. Every time we contact them someone will get back to us with "feedback" and then we dont get any response until we contact them again and get told the same story. Then we're told they need time to find the ashes because there's a room with all the ashes in that they need to go through to find it. This is incredibly shocking!!!!! *****Update: Finally after exactly 9 months since the funeral we have finally received my mother's ashes. What hell!!!!

There's no sense of urgency and they consult less
Untruthful and unreliable . Over charging and always robbing people
Undertakers..services need attention.
