Shara hair

I ordered an 18’’ highlighted full frontal bob from Shara and I have to say I’m absolutely in love with the quality of the hair! Got my package within a week of ordering. Great service indeed!

Love the quality of my hair. I highly recommend Shara. I went to the Rivonia branch, it’s not in the best location but the service was amazing, I tried on the wigs I wanted to until I settled on one I liked. They cut the lace and put it on me properly too. Got great advice from the receptionist when I had questions, really helpful

The first time I bought from shara the bob was incredibly thin and disappointing because that’s not how it looked on the advertised posts. The curly wig was shedding from the roots! Wildest thing I’ve seen. My second and most recent purchase was a 4x4 closure wig that was not supposed to be customised. Upon cutting the lace of the wig I realise that the closure was plucked. It was plucked in such a manner that the tracks showed and theres no way of styling it to hide the tracks. When I raised my complaint, response was slow and they were basically giving me the run around for two whole weeks. Their best solution was for me to pay extra for them to send me a new wig, including the delivery of sending back the old unit and getting a new one. I might as well buy elsewhere than to top up for their incompetence. If you do not offer refunds for you clients think of the best ways of rectifying your faults rather than making them pay for your faults. You would think that is common logic but unfortunately not with Shara.

Lindani from reception gives great service and is patient with customers. Installation lady did an excellent job!!

Third time around and still the best experience as the first 2 times! Lindani was so welcoming and friendly to deal with throughout the entire time, loved how professional he was with dealing with everyone at the front no matter the type of query, stellar service. Thank you to my stylist as well I believe her name is Brenda as well for her professional styling. Brenda and Khudzi were also amazing in helping me find the best wig style and SIZE lol. Awesome experience! I love my hair. Thank you and keep it up Shara Rivonia!

Angie was such a good hairstylist. Good customer care. And the hair it’s a 10 out of 10 she did a great job . Shara hair is good quality! Definitely coming back . Customer service was great .

I ordered a wig online, as one would these days. That’s good and well. But, I only received communication about the confirmation of my order after calling them about the status of my order two days after paying. Thankfully, I received my hair. And the quality is great! Communication might not have started off well but the Shara Team was so helpful and kind. Will definitely order again. Worth the money, and the bit of hassle. Next time, might just go in store to get the install services too.

Loved the service, this is my 3rd time getting hair from them the quality is always great. My stylist sis Melody gets it right every time,is respecful and is always open to hearing what I want before going ahead with the styling.Definitely making this my Jhb hair salon
