Phoned in for assistance on shoes, staff definitely don't feel the need to help.  Asking when stock will come in, didn't even bother to check, all I got was a "nah" when I asked if they have Falke socks.  Customer service is pretty rubbish.

Great merch, good sneakers. Not child friendly.

I've been buying sneakers from SL since 2016 and I must say I've never been disappointed. I recently bought Air max 270 react   your service levels the best

First off. Great location and they really put a lot of effort into the interior. However the shop was rather empty. Empty shelves all over, guess they ran out of life.  The service is what unfortunately brought the experience down the most. The lady that helped us was not interested in speaking to us or offering an alternative shoe after the one that I wanted wasn't in my size. It was like she was doing is a favour. Even after I purchased a pair of shoes for 2100 rand, she still didn't manage to crack a smile.  Tip to whomever runs this shop, if you are going to go through the effort of marketing yourself as a "premium" store for lifestyle wear, then please also provide training to your employees. Customer service, merchandising.  I spent 5 minutes in the store, bought the shoes and left. Wouldve spent longer if I felt comfortable.

Ordered nike air force 1’s on Wednesday the 13th of July and they were delivered on the 15th. It was my first time purchasing from shelflife and i am really impressed, highly recommended.

Great place to get sneakers.. plus the staff is friendly!

My favorite sneaker shop in Jozi which has quickly become Africa’s premier destination for sneakers! The architecture and shop displays are modern and minimalist to not distract from the products. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. Definitely a must visit when you’re a sneaker head and/or streetwear lover.

The courier you guys are using for diliveries is horrible , I still haven’t received my shoes

Very beautiful and eclectic space with the coolest kids working there to point you in the right direction. Shelflife is a proper hypebeast store. You won't be dissapointed
