Always a pleasure talking to the attendants except the lady in the window at night sometimes takes years to serve you. Like 15 mins before she comes out of the toilet to serve. Other than that all the guys are nice and friendly including the owner

I pulled my car at this particular shell garage . On the petrol assistant tried to help me to fix the tyre . I explained to him the tyre need to be inflated with the tyre kit repair I had in the boot . They was a small misunderstanding and he seemed to have taken it bad . I asked if he had a tyre plague as I could locate the leak , they told me to go to the next garage . I drove to the next garage and the music stopped playing in the car . I came back to the garage and the petrol attendant mentioned to me there was this guy at my car while I was busy with my tyre mind you my girlfriend was just next to the car all the time I chased the guys and we had an altercation , but it didn’t make sense how they could have accessed next to me or my car at the time of the incident this people have literally a small gang of 6-8 people squatting next to the garage . Late in the day I manage to trace my phone find my phone / iPhone 12 which still work even the phone has been switched off and my phone was still at the garage . I came to the garage again the petrol attendant was gone but the day duty helped me . The petrol attendant took me to lady at the counter , she bluntly refused to assist me , she refused to contact her manager and ask me to come back Monday . Mind you my phone still show location at the garage . I came back Monday , I met Rameez the so call manager on duty, the individual was rude as hell, condescending , lack of basic manner and costumer service . Not only he refused to assist by showing me the footage , he accused me of being drunk at the moment of the incident saying I was swearing at his stuffs but he doesn’t have audio on his video , he will not show me the video footage and I need to go to the police To cut the story short , my phone is currently locating at cape town train station , I have been accused and humiliated by the manager of the station. He refused to give me the contact of the owner of the garage , refused to assist me recover my phone , my suspicion are that some employees there might be involved in those criminal activities. I do not recommend you to stop there if you have le other alternative . Your safety is not guaranteed and the management seems to not be bothered by that
