I'm an uber driver, I went to the garage of the same branch which I'm leaving this rating and review and then I had kindly asked the attendant for R80 petrol and the attendant told me there was no change because I had a R100 note, the R20 which was suppose to be the change I wanted to purchase airtime but I still I got no help. I suspect that the attendant did not want to assist me beacause of the time I came, he was sleepy and showed no interest of customer service. I'm totally dissatisfied with this garage in terms of cleanliness and service, other Shell branches in Durban offer great service. I don't see myself going to that garage anymore
Worst service station. Always out of fuel. The old lady who works at the pump is lazy and extremely rude. She screams at a person when requesting air for tyres.
