Shell Garage Car Wash, Hillcrest

We travelled from PE to Durbs. We do this once a week. Stopped here to get a couple of hours sleep. We arrived at 02h20. The toilets are superb. Clean and smells good. There is even a can of air freshener. We stop at many service stations on our trips, this one is one of the better ones. The downside is that the night shift staff are miserable and unfriendly. The gentleman that was in the front shop didn’t even look up from the tablet that he was playing on. The lady was just as unfriendly. If the worked for me there would be hell to pay.

Waited too long and the lady that was driving a maroon Toyota rush got served before me,asked the attendant where is his truth and I left.that was my first time experiencing that problem, looking forward to seeing that problem solved on my next visit. Please sort that out because you loosing business. Thanks

I wanted to get their Butter chicken curry from their deli because I liked it the first time or so when I tried it. Everytime I've gone there for the past few weeks even safe to say for the past month or so they have not had any Butter chicken. I was finally able to get some today for dinner and I paid over R150 just to to be given hard dried out rice and not even a handful of butter chicken. Not satisfied.

Purchased Gas on Sunday 3rd July. 9kg. Tonight was going to connect and an empty bottle was given. I was in a bakkie the gentleman took empty and loaded new bottle. Have tried to call twice and both times call was dropped.

Normally very happy with the service at Shell Hillcrest Motors but waited more than 10 mins to get served on 2 June 2021. It was not abusy time and there were plenty of attendents wondering around. I watched as other customers came and went while I waited for someone to assist. The only reason I bothered waiting was that diesel is discounted R1/L. Happily got my tyre pressure checked elsewhere.

I must commend the Manager on duty, Stephen. He has an exceptional ability to calm down grumpy old bags me! Particularly impressive considering my gripe was with a tenant of the station and not the station itself. This young man has a bright future.

Fantastic Shell garage!! Service is always outstanding. Today Princess helped me and yet again this garage never fails to deliver friendly service! Free early morning coffee and if you even earlier they will throw in a free muffin - not just any coffee, great coffee and the muffins are delicious too. The car wash service has loyalty cards, is affordable and does a great job!

I simply love this garage I have been a part of the Hillcrest community since the year 2000 and this garage is simply the best to date.....from the welcoming and friendly staff to the awesome carwash and all the goodies you can get from their shell select shop. It's safe Well located with 2 entrance and exit points ATM on site which is convenient
