Shell Hennopspark

The staff at Shell are always so friendly and happy to assist. My husband and I take our cars to the car wash and they always do such a thorough job - the cars always leave looking brand new! Thank you Shell and your friendly staff for always providing great service in store, at the petrol stations and at the car wash!

I was standing at Shell to fill up my car an they have little staff so i waited. A bakkie pulled next to me and guess what the petrol attendant ignored me and helped that guy i went into the shop to report that and then i desides just to leave there are other garages like Engen and BP that gives excellent service and they always have enough staff members assisting

Dont go there, if you are white and drive a white vehicle, you will wait until every other person and his mate of colour is helped. Happened to me twice! Got a fright though! Thought I became invisible!

Very average petrol station with a rather dilapidated shop. The goods in the shop had a lot of dust on - this makes them look old. The last time I patronised this place the man behind the counter had a downright sulky, rude demeanour, putting me off the shop completely. There is both a Nedbank and ABSA ATM in the forecourt, which is the reason I even bother reviewing this place.

I am washing my car second time in this place. Very friendly service and people unfortunately my car second time still dirty after washing. Dust inside the car. Dash board or tires haven’t been polish. Carpets still soaking wet.

Disappointed. Chased away at the wash bay by an employee in a customer’s car claiming that he was there before me, even though he was not in the queue. After getting my attention in a very rude manner flashed lights, tooted and shouted from the car, he explained that the customer would be angry with him if my car gets washed before his. Definitely did not get the same treatment as the other customer. No please or thank you. Simple manners will get you a long way - lack there of, will result in a loss of customers. Won’t be back. EDIT: From 1 to 4 stars - Bertus at Shell Hennopspark handled my complaint professionally and sufficiently. I did go back to use the Ultra Car Wash Voucher that was offered. Make sure you have enough time when you go - although they clean very thoroughly, I was second in the queue and it took nearly 2 hours. Staff were friendly and very willing to assist.

I had an utterly rubish experiance here today. We only use Shell fuel. And this WAS one of the 4 fuel stations we use most. Today I stopped here because i need one morw of the promotion small Ferrari cars. The 3 other service stations I stopped by all had cars, but not the last one I need. When I got the this service station, they wanted my slip. I had ALL the items as asked for on the promotion T&C document. And a slip is not one of them. I submit my fuel slips as part of my corporate fleet card and cant just give them my slip. And no reasoning or showing them all the slips for the last month worked. This will be the last time I use this station.

Good day. I had my car washed yesterday and i an not happy. When i drove home i saw my windscreen was not cleaned neither my center console as well as the side view mirror. I wash all my vehicles at your car wash because of good service. Small detail. Regards, Riaan Els.

This morning I had the displeasure of filling up at Shell in Hennopspark and the experience was just not what I thought it would be. My partner and I pulled in just before another lady who happens to be white. The attendant comes to us and says she will help us just after she has helped the white lady that got there just after us. We were stunned for a moment as to what was happening. We were made to feel like her money has more value than ours, asked for the manager but was given the runaround. I have never been this disgusted and I will never waste my mo ey at shell ever again. My biggest issue is the attendant didn't seem to give a damn that we felt aggrieved by what had happened. I will do my best to make sure that this goes much further than the manager that I didn't get to see. Utterly disappointed.
