Hi I'm very upset about the service that you gave me stopped by a pump and atendents walk past me to other and that's wrong pls Chek the staff tx.
Shockingly poor service. Took me 20 minutes to get a tank of petrol, check oil and water, buy coffee and a muffin. Most of that time was spent on the forecourt. All the cars who stopped with me for petrol were long gone by the time I was done just getting petrol. Then the cashier at Vida e was funny with me on top of that. Not the first time I have had poor service here. I will be going down the road to Big Bird in future, even though it will add time to my commute.
Had to wait this morning for 10 minutes while the attendant was dribbling petrol into the car in front of me,only 4 lanes open cars double at each,eventually just left.
Order incorrect, chips came without seasoning and tasted old. Burgers didn't go down well either. It was delivered fast at least

Coming back from jhb on the 8 October at 23:45i go into the petrol station at my petrol was on reserve i get told that the staff is changing shift and can only assist me after midnight. Although i has also asked for my tyres to be checked the guy just told me i must wait for after midnight.,i decided to go to the centurion BP garage. As Clearly shell N1 north is not 247.
Great location for a garage. Right along the N1, you can exit and get your fuel whilst accessing a host of other benefits. This includes well kept toilets with handicapped access, ATMs, convenience store and a Steers. However, this stop is only accessible on the N1 freeway if you are moving Northwards towards Pretoria.
Fast service, very friendly petrol attendants. Convenient store had everything i was looking for.
Loved the environment that they've created there and the service from stuff out of this world
