Description

We offer riding lessons and stabling in Lanseria, Johannesburg. Our riding school caters for all ages & skill levels, with well school experienced horses. In-house training shows are held each year, as well as travelling to away shows. We also offer trail rides through the beautiful Elandsdrift valley.

Such a lovely experience! Witness was such an amazing guide for our 2 hour trail ride. Being more of an experienced rider, he gave us more of an exhilarating trail that suited our experience. They do however take great care to match the trail and the horse to your capabilities, whether you are a beginner or advanced rider. Their horses are also fabulous and well looked after! Would recommend them anytime and visiting soon!

Friendly and safe environment for all levels of riding. Fantastic trail rides on well behaved horses especially for those who have never sat on a horse! They are that sweet Situated in a scenic open environment! You almost forget that you are in Gauteng, there is so much space it’s beautiful. Well kept yard and happy healthy horses-
Large place with Beautiful horses. Some good gravel road to the venue. Just about 100m or so you have to drive really slow as its mostly stones and bags of sand before you enter the venue but you'll forget abt all that once you on the horse. We as a family of 4 2 adults and 2 kids took a one hour horse ride into the bush with a guide holding the kids horses.
Very dissatisfied and disappointing, especially not putting the customer first, especially for something that is not in my control. Definitely not putting the client first.
My kids went for the pony ride and it was quite fun for them. Belinda was very proactive and courteous in returning the call and sending out all the details. The only thing I wish roads were in better condition.
Shepherds fold stables is the place that taught me how to forget about the bad and see all the good. It's an amazing place for your kids and adults to experience a new activity or even just to get out .
