UPDATE:They helped sort out the problem. They were very understanding and very helpful to sort it out We have ordered from them for years. It took them more than a month for our printing work to be done and we still haven't received all our printing work. We asked them for the simplest task which is to change our old logo to the new logo on our business cards. Aswell as to take out the watermark. We get the samples back one card's background is 2 shade darker, there's 2 different shades of green, the other business card's new logo is pixelated. We decided to phone them after getting nowhere on e-mail and got in touch with the manager then he goes and changes info on the cards which we never asked for. Unacceptable!! I would never use them again!!!
