Sheridan Architecture provides a full or partial service of the following stages:
Stage 1: Inception- Appraisal and definition of the project.
Stage 2: Concept- Initial conceptual design based on the brief received.
Stage 3: Design development- Design developed sufficiently to coordinate the work and services of consultants and specialists.
Stage 4: Documentation and procurement- Documentation of municipal drawings, working drawings, and schedules.
Stage 5: Construction- Contract administration and inspection: detail drawings, administering the contract and supervising the works.
Stage 6: Close out
