They cause more of a headache than solve problems. I've been non compliant for over a year, after requesting help and being promised help over and over again. They take your money and don't do what they say they're going to do. They don't finalise tax rep with SARS, they don't change company Info with SARS but they send you the bill. They ignore emails and phone calls. I'm now having to pay someone new to fix all of their failures and it's costing a lot.
