Sho't Left

I see that many reviews from a while ago scored Shot Left a one star, yet it still disappoints. There are so many organisations that can really make your website and your interface with prospective clients seamless and actually help you to promote SA Tourism, but I guess you are not interested? If you were, we would be seeing a huge difference, but the comments and reviews of 2 years ago still hold even today...your website spoils the experience of the much advertisement on TV. I am greatly disappointed. I am sure we can do better as South Africans.

The whole Sho't left experience as advertised on TV and radio is actually very enticing and exciting but I'm afraid your website destroys the whole experience. The basic User experience and UI principles are not implemented properly and it takes multiple clicks just to achieve a small action. The site also doesn't maintain context, for example there are options that should not appear under Gauteng for example, like coastal getaways. The context is also lost when you are trying to finally book an experience/trip...it takes you to a generic email that contains no details of the trip you were just browsing and you now need to go back and copy details. The site should be driven like normal booking.com and trip advisor types where you are asked for minimal input dates, number of travelers etc. and presented with options because chances are one is looking for stuff to do and compare experiences. We don't necessarily know what we are looking for when we are thinking of a " shot left" . The site assumes we do. Your scroller control which is meant to present the options is very frustrating to use, you have to click on the tiniest circles one by one endlessly in sequence too. The Shot left idea is brilliant and it really made travelling appealing even to folks who never thought they could afford it, you have a great concept here but the implementation is a huge risk of your business. Most people will probably interact with your services via mobile and desktop and so this is the primary channel, it shouldn't fail.

YOUR WEBSITE IS NOT USER-FRIENDLY! First time checking out shot left. Nothing loads on your website, everything hangs. I am on fibre, so it cant be my internet.

Your website is absolutely no use, I'd love to explore your services but unfortunately your pages are not loading.
